Are there any special rules for exploiting the original painting?
Apollinaria answers:
Original Paintings, linocuts must be properly maintained:
1. Must not be exposed to direct sunlight on a permanent basis. There is a possibility that the work may fade, change colours, etc.
2. Artwork should not be stored in a damp room with high humidity. The wooden subframe of the painting may warp and you may have to replace it. The painting may also change colours and invisible mould may start to form on the canvas. The linocut paper may become mouldy and discoloured.
3. Hang paintings in places where you won't constantly bump into them when you walk past them.

How can I buy a painting, a book, a linocut? How do I place an order?
Apollinaria answers:
Add your chosen painting, books or linocuts to the basket. Then, proceed to the shopping basket to fill in all the required fields. Next, make payment by card and wait for payment confirmation.

We will contact you within 1-3 working days. When your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking code to your email.

How can I pay for my order?
Apollinaria answers:
WEBPAY secure server establishes an encrypted connection via TLS secure protocol and confidentially accepts from the client his payment card data (card number, cardholder's name, expiry date, and CVC/CVC2 control number).

After making a payment with a bank card it is necessary to keep the received card cheques (payment confirmations) for reconciliation with the card account statement (in order to confirm the performed operations in case of disputable situations).

In case of payment by bank payment card, the refund is made to the card from which the payment was made.

I can't pay for my order through the website, what should I do?

Unfortunately, there is a possibility that not all cards of foreign banks can make payments with Belarusian banks. If you have any difficulties, please contact us and we will surely find a way to add Apollinaria art to your collection!

How quickly do you dispatch an order? How soon can I receive it?
Apollinaria answers:
The order is dispatched within 3-7 working days. If you buy an original painting, we need to prepare documents to take the artwork outside Belarus. Books, linocuts, posters are dispatched faster.

The speed of delivery depends on postal services. After the order has been dispatched, a tracking code will be sent to the email address you specify.
