HOW WE
WORK TOGETHER
WORK TOGETHER
-
Brief & Consultation. We discuss the project concept, dimensions, color palette, and budget. Where possible, I visit the future space to better understand how the works will interact with the architecture and lighting. - Contract & Deposit (30%). We sign a contract. You pay a 30% deposit—I order materials and begin the work.
- Sketches & Approval. I provide sketches for paintings and linocuts. First—a pencil draft. Once approved—a color sketch. This allows us to align on composition and palette before the final execution begins.
- Sketch Approval & Payment (20%). After the final approval of the color sketch, you pay 20%. From this point, the final artwork begins.
- Creation. Creation of paintings and/or linocuts. Timeline—from 6 weeks, depending on size, material, and the number of works.
- Final Payment (50%), Packaging & Shipping. Upon completion, you pay the remaining 50%. I package the works, prepare all necessary documentation, and ship them to you. Shipping costs are paid separately and depend on the destination country. If needed, I provide guidance on installation and placement.

SHIPPING & DOCUMENTATION
SHIPPING & DOCUMENTATION
I have full experience in preparing export documentation for artworks from Belarus. I provide complete assistance with international shipping, insurance, and customs clearance.
- Do you work with international clients?Yes! I accept commissions from anywhere in the world. For larger projects—such as a hotel or office—it's preferable to arrange my presence on site: before the work begins and during installation. This helps me better understand the space and oversee the final placement.
- How long does an order take?Timeline—from 6 weeks. Exact timing depends on format, material, and the scope and number of works in the order.
- Can an existing work be adapted to my project?Yes—any painting or collection from my portfolio can be adapted to your interior: colors, size, and mood can all be adjusted.
